Application

First, material and hardness
1. Stainless steel: strong corrosion resistance, used for high cleanliness requirements of the occasion (such as food, medicine);
2. Cast steel: low cost, moderate hardness (such as automobile, ship pretreatment and rust removal);
3. Alloy: with high hardness and wear resistance after adding special elements, it is used for heavy cleaning and surface strengthening.
4. Determine the appropriate hardness according to the working material, surface condition and the required treatment effect; Too high will damage the product, too low to achieve the cleaning effect.

Second, shape and granularity
1. Ideal shape: spherical or nearly spherical, which can provide efficient and uniform impact force;
2. Particle size distribution: adjust according to specific process requirements. Too large cleaning is not thorough, too small to increase energy consumption and dust pollution;
