The low temperature twice fast firing glazed tiles are developed with diopside kaolinite quartz series formula. The plain firing temperature is 1080-1120 ℃, the plain firing time is 80 min, the glaze firing temperature is 1040-1080 ℃, and the glaze firing time is 80 min. The developed diopside glazed tiles meet the requirements of GB4100-83 (white ceramic glazed tiles) standard,%. Compared with the clay pyrophyllite formula, the firing temperature of the green body is reduced by 70-90 ℃, the firing time of the glaze is reduced by 16-18 h compared with the porous kiln, and the plain firing is reduced by about 70 h compared with the inverted flame kiln, with obvious energy-saving benefits. The introduction of diopside can reduce the production cost, save energy and shorten the firing cycle; It is of great significance to improve thermal stability and mechanical strength.
